On March 17, at the sitting the Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Lilia Stepanyan presented for debate the amendments and addenda being designed in the RA Code on Lithosphere. Before 2021, in case of mines of non-metallic minerals restriction will not be applied within a fixed term. It is also proposed to give preference to the applicant, who submitted an application for the same site of the lithosphere. The draft law was endorsed.
